At Zaraio, we make shipping simple and reliable. Here’s everything you need to know about how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Processing Time
- Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days.
- During peak sales or holidays, processing may take a little longer.
2. Shipping Times
- United States: 6–12 business days
- Other Countries: 7–15 business days
- Note: Some international deliveries may take up to 20 business days due to customs or local carrier delays.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
3. Shipping Costs
We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on every order.
4. Tracking Orders
- When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link.
- Tracking may take 48–72 hours to update after dispatch.
- If tracking doesn’t update after 3 days, email support@zaraio.com.
5. Delivery Issues
- Delayed / Lost: Contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it quickly.
- Damaged / Wrong Item: Report within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and item.
- Marked “Delivered” but not received: Check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier. If still missing, contact us for an investigation.
6. Customs & Duties
- International orders may incur customs fees, VAT, or import taxes charged by your country.
- These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not collected by Zaraio.
7. Address Changes & Cancellations
- Address changes: Email us before your order ships. After dispatch, we can’t change the address.
- Order cancellation: Possible within 12 hours if the order hasn’t shipped yet.
- Wrong / incomplete address: Parcels returned to us can be reshipped at the buyer’s expense or refunded minus shipping costs and any carrier return fees.
8. Special Cases
- PO Boxes & Remote Areas: Some carriers can’t deliver to PO Boxes or certain remote locations. We’ll contact you if an alternate address is needed.
- Split Shipments: Your order may ship in multiple packages to speed up delivery. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers if that happens.
- Oversized / Restricted Items: May require special handling and can affect delivery times.
