Zaraio Return & Refund Policy

At Zaraio, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is simple and transparent.

1. How to Make a Return

Log in to your account, go to Your Orders, select the item, click Return / Refund, and follow the instructions. We’ll send you a return label and steps to complete your return.

2. Return Shipping Cost

First return per order is free within the return window. Oversized/heavy items may require upfront shipping, reimbursed after inspection.

3. Return Window & Eligibility

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging.

Non-returnable items include jewelry, lingerie, swimwear, adult products, opened beauty items, custom products, perishables, hazardous goods, gift cards, and sale items.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit. Partial refunds may apply if packaging or accessories are missing.

5. Refund Timeline

  • Cards/PayPal: 5–14 business days
  • Store Credit: within 24 hours
  • Bank Transfers: 7–20 business days

6. Exchanges

Return your item for a refund and place a new order for the size or color you want.

7. Delivery & Package Issues

If your package is damaged, defective, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours with photos. If marked delivered but not received, we’ll investigate with the courier.

8. Important Notices

  • Always use the return label/address we provide.
  • Do not send items back to the sender address on the package.
  • Original shipping fees, duties, and insurance are non-refundable unless we made a mistake.
