Unknown charges

Most “unknown charges” are temporary bank authorizations to verify your card. They appear on your statement but are not actual charges and will drop off per your bank’s policy. If you canceled your order, the authorization will be removed by your bank.

Why can’t I find my order in my account?

Ensure you’re signed in with the same email used at checkout. If you used guest checkout, search your inbox for the confirmation email. Still can’t find it? Contact support@zaraio.com with your name and order number.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing begins, changes may not be possible.

Missing item(s) from my order

Some orders ship in multiple packages. Check other tracking numbers in your shipping email. If an item shows “delivered” but you don’t have it, see “Delivered, not received” and contact us.

Yes. A tracking number is emailed once your order ships so you can monitor progress.

Tracking says delivered, not received
  1. Check with neighbors or building staff.
  2. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.
  3. Contact the local courier with your tracking number.

Will all items arrive together?

Not always. Items may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.

What is your return policy?

Items that are defective, damaged, or not as described can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back.

How do I return or exchange an item?
  1. Email support@zaraio.com with your order number and photos (if damaged/defective).
  2. We’ll provide return instructions and a label if eligible.
  3. Ship the item and keep the receipt until your refund is processed.
Who pays for return shipping?

We cover return shipping for our errors (wrong or damaged item). For change-of-mind returns, customers cover return shipping.

How do I track my refund?

Refunds are issued after the return is received and inspected. Processing typically takes 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Item damaged / not as described

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund once verified. Eligible returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
